For Immediate Release: Simpsonville, KY – LubriSyn is proud to announce a program to recognize the “Retailers of the Month”.

How does one become Retailer of the Month? Good question! The team at LubriSyn will go over feedback of the month’s sales and overall performance of the Retailer. We will judge areas such as the website that each of our vendors have and the ease to find our products, how the retailer has assisted when LubriSyn offers new products to the line up, etc.

Each Month, several members of the executive team will sit down and come up with the Retailer of the Month along with two runner ups.

The Grand Prize winner will be awarded a case (4) of LubriSyn gallons along with promotional items for the staff. Second and Third prize, will receive a case (12) of quarts and some hats, t-shirts and other goodies to show our appreciation.

Each month the winners will be announced on our website with a link to your store website if applicable. We will also promote that on our Facebook pages.

The LubriSyn family really appreciates all our retail partners do for us. We are a small company but we have a superior product that provides joint lubrication, naturally. Every day we hear several stories of how LubriSyn has changed the life of either humans, horses, canines or other species of animals. Hearing these testimonies is the public’s gift to us, now we are rewarding our retailers by showing our appreciation.

Thank you very much for all you do for us. We hope to have continued success with each and every one of you. Good Luck and let’s continue to make 2012 a successful one!

Milestone as “Fifi” captures

50th

Best in Show!

LubriSyn and Re Borne Sponsored GCH Protocol’s Vendi Vidi Vici just past 50 best in shows for her

Owner, Breeder and Handler Jocelyn Mullins.

For Immediate Release August 23rd, 2012 – Simpsonville, KY -, Owner, Breeder and Handler Jocelyn Mullins achieved a significant milestone with her road pal, Fifi!

Registered as GCH Protocol’s Vendi Vidi Vici and Ms. Mullins traveled down to Greensboro, North Carolina to capture the Greater Hickory Kennel Club Best in Show, which was her 50th!

“The 50th Best in Show was a milestone for us and for the breed, the Doberman, especially an Owner, Breeders, Handler combination,” Mullins said via a phone interview this week.

Fifi, or The Fifinator, as she is known by her family and Facebook fans, has been a frequent of the open highway for over the past year and a half. She was best known as the Working Group winner, this year at the Westminster Kennel Club. This success gave the team a taste of the Big Apple which they hope to take a bite out of at this year’s competition and take home the coveted ribbon of Best in Show in 2013.

While on the road with her traveling and maintaining complete her peak condition, LubriSyn has been a part of Fifi’s training regime.

“Fifi was consistently taking Re Borne on a daily basis up till the Westminster at the Garden. After that, I took her off of it for a while. In that time I noticed she didn’t have the energy level. I chalked it up to maybe hormonal, but that wasn’t the case. I decided to start her back on Re Borne. She is back on it and I noticed a big difference in her vivaciousness if you will,” stated Mullins.

People are constantly commenting on her movement as she has tremendous reach and drive. While trying for the top achievement, as a working dog, Fifi’s movement is an important part of Judging. Jocelyn went on to say how LubriSyn has helped Fifi’s stride stay fluid and effortless.

Fifi and Jocelyn will continue to compete in upcoming events around the country to reach their ultimate goal of Westminster.

Jocelyn is a true lover of the Doberman breed as she owns Fifi’s mother, Dream, who is also a champion and earned performance titles. Fifi’s Litter Mate, “sister” Star is also a champion and Best In Show winner. Star is a now competing in Obedience Events with Suzy Lundy and earned a hit in Trial win this month and LubriSyn helps her perform at her best.

For many years Jocelyn has been involved with rescues and dog organizations giving time and knowledge to help all dogs. Her passion for Dobermans goes without saying and she has been blessed with possibly the Best the Breed has ever seen.

Here at LubriSyn we are proud to be associated with such an athlete as Fifi and we congratulate her and Jocelyn on this rare accomplishment; she is already up to 51 Best in Shows!

ealth, Mullins attributes Re Borne as a key asset to Fifi’s success.

LubriSyn and Re Borne Sponsored Hansen is going to begin the second half of his three-year-old campaign this weekend in the G III Iowa Derby at Prairie Meadows. The race, which is worth over $250,000 total purse money, will be run at a mile and a sixteenth. The Mike Maker trained son of Tapit will be making his first start since his unplaced finish in the 2012 GI Kentucky Derby. Hansen, prior to the Kentucky Derby, had not been off the board in any of his 7 starts.

The Iowa Derby, the premier three-year-old race at Prairie Meadows, only attracted a field of five. The beautiful grey-almost-white, Hansen, drew post position number 5 and Ramon Dominguez, who was aboard for the Grade I win in the Breeders’ Cup, Juvenile Dirt, will be his jockey.
Hansen’s co-owner, Dr. Kendall Hansen, boasts how well the homebred is training coming to this race. “He has never been so relaxed on the track as he is now, at the race track. So we’ve rethought our strategy and are going to concentrate on 1-1/8 and 1-1/4-mile races. I think from a mental aspect, he got a lot out of the Kentucky Derby.”
A win in the Iowa Derby will keep Hansen on track with the ultimate goal being the GI Travers at Saratoga in August.
LubriSyn and Re Borne are a part of Hansen’s daily routine as it is in all of Mike Maker’s horses.
Hansen’s record shows 7 starts with 4 wins and 2 seconds and purse money of $1,623,305.
Trainer Mike Maker, who was a longtime assistant trainer for D. Wayne Lukas, keeps all his horses on LubriSyn and Re Borne. Maker also sends out Morgan’s Guerrilla in the GII Dwyer Stakes at Belmont Park also to be run Saturday, June 30th. Maker’s horses have him in the top ten standings in the nation for money won.

In Louisville, KY this weekend all eyes will be on Churchill Downs where they will run the Grade I Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks. On Friday, LubriSyn will be represented by several runners who are major contenders in the Kentucky Oaks. Grace Hall, a recent winner of the Grade 2 Gulfstream Park Oaks, is trained by Tony Dutrow. Tony Dutrow who is a native of Maryland, uses LubriSyn on his stable.

Also competing in the Oaks field is On Fire Baby, a winner last start of the Grade 3 Honey Bee at Oaklawn Park, is also a LubriSyn user. On Fire Baby is trained by Gary “Red Dog” Hartlage and is a local favorite among Louisville natives. On Fire baby breaks from post position #1 and Grace Hall is right beside her in #2.

Todd Pletcher, who has his complete stable on both LubriSyn and Re Borne, sends out Broadway’s Alibi. Breaking from the #6 post position, Broadway’s Alibi recently won her last start at Aqueduct Racetrack in the Grade 3 Comely Stakes. She was impressive in her start before the Comely, winning the Forward Gal Stakes by an impressive 16 3/4 lengths. The Kentucky Oaks is for 3-year-old filles and will be contested at a mile and one eighth.

Eclipse award winner Hansen, who is coming of a second in the Blue Grass Stakes is will be one of the favorites in the Derby field. Hansen’s trainer Mike Maker keeps all his horses on LubriSyn and Re Borne.

On the day of the Run for the Roses, Saturday, trainer Todd Pletcher sends out several runners for the Kentucky Derby. Winstar Farms Gemologist, who is undefeated to date and El Padrino who was victorious in the Risen Star Stakes at Fair Grounds compete from the Pletcher barn. Gemologist’s last race was in the Grade I Wood Memorial where he held off Alpha. Alpha, trained by Kiarian McLaughlin is also a LubriSyn customer.

Team Valor’s Went The Day Well, who is taking his stable mate Animal Kingdom’s road to the roses, recently won the Vinery Racing Spiral Stakes. Team Valor Stable trusts all of their horse’s joints to LubriSyn.

Rousing Sermon will also start in the Kentucky Derby for trainer Jerry Hollendorfer is also on the LubriSyn family of products. So far there is a field of 20 slated to run in the Derby and 14 for the Oaks. The purses for both the Kentucky Derby and the Kentucky Oaks exceed $1,000,000!

Entrusting Re Borne and LubriSyn to any horses is a small price to pay when aiming at a million dollar pay day!

Today, April 7th, the grade 1 Wood Memorial was run at Aqueduct Racetrack. These are the crucial and final weeks before the coveted Kentucky Derby which is always run on the first Saturday in May.

Winstar Farm’s Gemologist who was a convincing winner in his last start at Gulfstream, turned up the heat with a solid victory in the Wood Memorial. The Todd Pletcher trained colt by Tiznow is a perfect 5 for 5 after today’s performance. If all goes well, next stop will be the run for the roses at Churchill Downs. Todd Pletcher’s entire barn is on the LubriSyn family of products!

We can’t stop there! Alpha, owned by Godolphin Stables and trained by Kiarian McLaughlin ran a fast closing second in the 1 1/8th miles event. Trainer McLaughlin’s athletes get their daily dose of joint health maintance with LubriSyn. Alpha is a son of Bernadini and is also trying for that ticket to Kentucky.

Hopefully Alpha will get a ticket to the Derby but this will be decided on a highest earnings basis. Time will tell with other Kentucky Derby preps to be run next weekend featuring the Blue Grass Stakes and the Arkansas Derby. We will continue to track the progress of our LubriSyn user in the weeks to come!

Trainer Mike Maker has his entire stable on LubriSyn and Re Borne as he believes these products are valuable tools to assist with keeping his athletes healthy, sound and it shows! Maker trains last years two-year-old champ Hansen who has big sights set in his foreground, the 138th running of the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs.

Hansen Kicking His Heels Up!

Hansen, who is setting aim on the first Saturday in May, posted a solid work today at Trackside. Hansen breezed 5/8ths of a mile in 1:00.0 and had a strong gallop out after his work. Mike Maker and owners Harvey Diamond and Kendall Hansen all were pleased with this work. Several members of the Media gathered at the training center, which was formerly known as Louisville Downs, just to see the gray son of Tapit in action. Ramon Dominguez is scheduled to ride Hansen next week in the Blue Grass Stakes. Today’s work marks the final tune up for Hansen’s next performance, the Grade I Blue Grass Stakes which will be run on Saturday, April 14th at Keeneland Race Track.
