LubriSynHA does not accept returns on used product under most circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@lubrisyn.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be required to pay for return shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We changed our e-commerce system in the Fall of 2021. If you have not ordered since then or if you have any trouble accessing your account, please email us at customersupport@lubrisyn.com or call 800-901-8498 during office hours to reactivate your account.
You can manage any product subscriptions you have by logging into your account by clicking here. Use the upper login fields. Once logged in, you can scroll down and you will see an area called “Account Details.” Below that is a link to “Manage Subscriptions.” If there is a current subscription under your account, it will appear there.
LubriSynHA is excited to offer our customers the opportunity to be locked into a continuing discount by signing up for auto-ship orders. Under every product, there are two prices available; one is for a single time purchase, and the other is shown at 15% off where the user can also select the frequency in which they would like that product delivered.
If you would like to sign-up for auto-ship, simply click the product you are interested in, select the “subscribe & save” option, and then under Delivery, select the frequency you would like to receive it.
Our system will send you an email confirmation three (3) days prior to when your order will process. If you would like to edit, delay, or cancel your subscription, there are links in that email that will allow you to do so. You can also email us at customersupport@lubrisyn.com or call 800-901-8498.
Our offices are operational and process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST. Once an order is placed online, they are usually shipped within one to two business days. We ship using FedEx out of our fulfillment center outside of Louisville, Kentucky and most orders are delivered in less than five (5) business days.
Once an order has shipped, a shipping notification and tracking are automatically sent to the customer via email. You can also login to your account by clicking here and access your tracking information there.
LubriSynHA products are available direct to end-users in the USA.
We distribute to Canadian customers through Noble Distributors Canada and Greenhawk Equestrian.
